During the lunch time, I enjoyed an episode of Friends (the Chinese version produced and played on the Youku). It’s an interviewing program, interviews between the celebrities in all fields. Every time I watch them, I can get inspiration from them, giving me boundless energy to pursue my real interest and dream. In day’s program, I get a new definition of life, knowing the people and life better by using the two characters. We all have our WENDU. Some people’s wendu can burn others; some can warm themselves; some’s can never be detected by others. I love the description so much, but it’s somewhat challenging to put them into English. Hopefully, I have made myself understood. If we all can offer our heat to other, then we are likely to get the warmth from others, sooner or later, more or less. It’s full of philosophy and wisdom.
Another lesson I get from the episode is that one does can achieve something as long as he/she is determined enough. Lots of celebrities have accomplished huge success from scratch, though luck and opportunities are crucial on their way to success. How can it be possible for them to seize such opportunities if they haven’t devoted and sacrificed first? So next time we shouldn’t admire or envy their success but learn from them.
So now, cherishing the dream, I should also be brave and determined to improve myself overall, realizing it earlier.
